                A PASTOR NAMED JAMES CARR FEDERICO

          
        He was born on  Feb.3 of 1956,  in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The third child among six siblings from   parents who were both public school teachers . His grandfather on the mother’s side,  was an Adventist pastor.But it is the will of God and His perfect plan of our lives,that made a way, revealing this wonderful truth and made him one of the shepherd of His church.
      He is married to Maggie Duenas who is not only a supportive pastor`s wife and loving mother but also a fellow laborer in Christ .
      They are  blessed with one son named Jessie, married to Lara Jill Vergara and one daughter Shellah, married to Dennis Poblacion,and they are now enjoying the role as  grand parents to Danica and Samantha,sweet daughters from both children.
      He received his elementary thru college education in Negros Occidental, Philippines.


                            ATTITUDE TOWARD GOD

            
            That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: (I Pet.1:7)

      At 25 years of age, he was a fledgling manager in Non-life Insurance business, when God called him into His Ministry. He was in his office when his elder brother in the flesh, Jester witnessed him the Gospel of  Christ. He was then  baptized in the name of Jesus  on March 1, 1981,and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, evidenced with speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gave utterance, in the midst of congregation on March 8, 1981. He took his ministerial trainings in Manila and was ordained as Pastor on 1983 with the Apostolic Church Of Jesus Christ, Philippines, Inc., an affiliate of Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ, Memphis Tennessee. 
      The first ministerial assignment was in Bacolod City where he and his partner  pioneered. 
      When the church in Talisay City went out of pastor, the brethren in Talisay Church who reside at Bacolod City transferred membership to Bacolod where his partner was assigned as  pastor ; while he was then offered the Pastoral over a few remnant impoverished church in Talisay.
      He accepted the pastoral work without financial support from the organization, and no sufficient tithes from the church. 
      He still remember some of many things  suffered and overcame in the first five years of his ministry. The financial atrocities,not even  sufficient food to nourish his family of two small kids, yet he murmured not. Trusting that God never fails, he found God faithful to His promises.
     He had many discouragements received from fellow ministers saying, “Bro. James you better close the Church in Talisay. That’s already ‘ichabod’ (meaning the glory of God has departed it); find another place.” But he did not gave up instead pursued and succeeded to follow God’s leading in his life. 
     He lost many church workers and members being proselyted by the fellow ministers of the same organization. Saying in ill feeling, “I would rather suffer to be defrauded than to defraud others.”
     These adversities teached him to trust in God.           
            

                        JESUS THE  GOOD SHEPHERD


        The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want....(Ps.23:1)

       He was about eight years in the church when organizational circumstances severed him from the group but not from the truth.He did not allow the fiery trials to abort of his calling;but clung to the truth.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures....
      Your Pastor together with his flock was zealous in evangelism. Many souls were baptized in Jesus Name and God poured out the Holy Ghost in the church services.  God added church memberships and church finances increased dramatically.
      He founded the Convention Apostolic Churches Of Jesus Christ, Inc. (CACJC) with Headquarters at Malunsi Subdivision, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines (a new site about one kilometer away from the old church site).
     Two years later, the word of God flourished in the hearts of many folks in many towns of Negros Island, and in a few souls in Iloilo. God through this church saved several souls, healed many that were sick, the needy were comforted and found rest for their souls in Jesus. Local Churches were born in different places. 
     We even  preached and baptized many souls in Malaysia  a muslim country, upon invitation and facilities of his elder brother Jester who now pastors a church in Rizal, Metro Manila.
    The ministry were severely tried but the Lord strengthened him.
    Now he can only look back,give God the glory and praise Him for His faithfulness.
     Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
        And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever...
                                                              (Ps.23:6)


                                    TEACHINGS

    
     And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;(Eph.2:20)

     Your pastor teaches and practices steadfastly the apostle’s doctrine, fellowship and breaking of bread and in prayers. (Acts 2:4);  One Lord, One Faith One Baptism – water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ ;and the Holy Spirit baptism  (Eph 4:4). He affirms and defends the doctrine - one God in the person of Jesus Christ in his written booklet entitled – One God in One Person or three?
    He is an advocate of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture.  Teaches that the rapture of the Church (the born again saints) will be before the Great Tribulation. Therefore, the church will not go to through these great sorrows. Preaches that God’s righteous judgment is to recompense these to the following:
 1. Tribulation to them that troubled the church (2 Thes 1:6) and,
2. Rest, to the church that are troubled, (when the Lord shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels) (2Thes 1:7;Titus 2:13).
   “Great tribulation” is the righteous judgment of God upon all and to convince all that are ungodly….(Mat24:21;Jude1:15-16).
