About me...

This is me, ...the craziness himself!
(Nov. 2006)
I was born in May 1975 in the city of Chur and my origin is San Bernardino (Switzerland). The region where I live is also known as the "Swiss Grand Canyon" - a beautiful wilderness! And it's not far away from the sources of the Rhine River. I really love it to be a small part in this overwhelming paradise of nature. I don't like urban areas and cities! I live in a small village here in the Heidiland (Heidi County *lol*), embedded in a wonderful mountain scenery right on a lake shore (photo below). The tracks from the main line Zurich - Chur are a few footsteps in front of my home - really pretty close! A cool place for railfanning! ;o) Some heavy freight train may cause a huge earthquake in my apartment. Some of you maybe know the "RhB", which is operating in this part of my country. Or anybody heard something about "Heidi"!??? Guess this is the most exported Swiss tale ever.
Currently I work as a system engineer. But I'm also working hard on my career as a musician with my band! In my spare time I love to hit the streets with my motorcycle and I like to play guitar to improve my skills. Hhhhmmm... And I like to go out with some friends and have a good time. And the main thing we shouldn't forget... MSTS! It has become a hobby that I really love and I wouldn't miss. I am an MSTS fanatic since day one back in 2001, perhaps even a little sooner, what means that I pre-ordered this Holy Grail a few months before its release. My Badlands Project is now a part of my life and I don't think that I will ever give it up. But it takes plenty of time for a single person! In my former days I owned a nice H0 model layout. But since I moved into my own appartment, there is not enough space left. MSTS is now my major train enthusiast's pleasure. Sometimes I visit a friend of mine which has a real huge model layout (6m x 28m or 20ft x 92ft) with more than 80 locos. Then we "play" for hours and forget ourselves...

Well you see, there's always something going on in my life and I'm not able to hang 24/7 on the TrainSim drug. ;o) But when time admits, I really enjoy to work on my "Badlands Project". Huh...? I'm kinda perfectionist. Forgot to mention that. And in regards to what I can personally do for a soon release, I know it is never enough, but I do what I can! Good things come to those who wait...
Hang in there folks!
*lol*
Some of my personal pics I am willing to share:

I live for the music, or even better for playing guitar! Probably a shot for people,
who wonder why it could be a little quiet for some time.
