Hannes "Hage" Lechleitner, born in Zams / Austria on January 8th 1978 son of Waltraud and Johann Lechleitner. Hage has got 2 brothers, one year older Florian and ten years younger Martin.
Dad Johann who has always been a singer and accordeonist found Hagey´s talent as he bought him a "bontempi" keyboard for christmas 1985.
Hage started to play songs at the age of seven so his parents decided to give him keyboard lessons by his primary school teacher Ernst Codemo.
In the year 1990 keyboard Hage and his friend Steve Greuter on guitar started to form a band with guitarist Gerald Hofer called "EPITAPH".
Young Hannes on keyboard got his nickname "Hage" from his band mates as they wrote their names on the backside of a T-shirt: Gerald became "GARRY", Stefan became "STEVE" and Hannes was all of a sudden "HAGE"...

Finding musicians was a matter of time, so the band was finaly completed with a drumer and a bassman.

After playing several crazy heavy rock gigs with "EPITAPH" brother Flo started to play the bass and replaced Martin Simperl. The Band split up and ended with a new project called "REMAIN".
1992 "REMAIN" three guys of the ex "EPITAPH" band started to rehearse again. The band needed more a drummer than a keyboarder and Hage decided to start to playing the drums.
Young drummer Hage, guitarist Steve and brother Flo started to cover all the famous Heavy and Rock tracks of AC/DC, METALLICA and IRON MAIDEN. Rehearsing hard and working on songs "REMAIN" started to play some gigs in Zams and Landeck.

"COLOURBOX " was a pretty succesful party band. Covering the hits of the nineties but also played the rare hits of Pink Floyed , Santana, Golden Earing, Men at work, INXS, Deep Purple and Peter Gabriel.
COLOURBOX played their last gig in the year 1998. The market for party bands in Tirol went too big

At the same time performing with "Colourbox" and another 2 years after breaking up with all the bands and concentarting on his solo carrer Hage also played the drums in a brassband called "JUST FOR FUN"

After all these years of playing in Rock, Heavy, Pop, Musical, Traditional, Reaggy bands and projects HAGE quit with all and started to work with accustic guitarists and worked on his solo career as Piano Entertainer

After working 5 great years with several musicians from all over the world it was time for a little change.
In Winter 2004 Hage started to work at "La Vita" Pianobar Serfaus / Austria

Hagey found a new instrument for the Austrian summerseason, the Pianoaccordeon. Playing Schlager and Tyrolean music to mix it with some Country and Rock´n Roll seemed to work.
After working so much in Austria it was time to go on the road again. First Hage went to U.S.A to explore some oversea expireance and check the American way of live. "I´ve had some grat jam sessions over there and met a lot of cool people..." (Hage Fall 2007)

SINCE SUMMER 2008 Hagey´s got a BAND again!!!
After so many years playing alone in duos trios and with so many different musicians Hage thought it´s time to put a band together. So he did !
For the first time in his career he has put a band together and started to rehearse again.
Mr.Hot on the saxophone was the first guy he asked to join the band. After a couple of months Mr.Reno seemed to be the perfect man as the guitarist. Finally we found a great drummer called "The Killer" and we started to play several shows in Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Germany.
It did not take too long before the band "Black Piano" had a huge repertoire.
Playing in club´s and pub´s with a "real" drumkit could be problematic sometimes but as we found a great "Japanese drummer" in the form of my Alesis SR 18 drummachine we are now playing as a three piece band and perform as "The Snowtones" for apre ski, weddings and all kinds of parties...!
