(he denied to be the father, but the test said he was... he had to pay a lot of money... muahahaha) and she wants a baby and bla bla bla - all gossip. Anyways, she canceled 'The Producers', wants to shoot a film about a couple who swears to never marry - 'Wedding Season' - and 'Birth' will be in german theatres next thursday! + She's nominated for a Golden Globe for best actress in a leading role in a drama! YAY!
20 november 2004 Found two news about Nicole at kino.de! here they are:

It's gonna be 'Eucalyptus', a film about a young girl - Ellen (Nic) - who's the daughter of a widower, who wants to marry her to a guy, who knows each and any sort of eucalyptus-flowers. But then there'S a mysterious man from New Zealand who enters her heart...
The guy from New Zealand is gonna be played by Russel Crowe and Ellen's Dad is Geoffrey Rush.
Shooting's gonna start next year!
09|06|2004 Shirley McLaine railed about Nic and Jennifer Aniston. She said they'd care too much for their look and don't care for politics in the US. Hm, maybe she's right...
08|07|2004 A News-Flash of the last 2 weeks:
August 6, 2004:
Nic flew to Sydney after she had finished the shooting of 'The Interpreter'. She's going to do 2 weeks of relaxing now and will fly to LA again at the end of the month to start shooting the next movie.
July 23, 2004:
Michael Jackson wanted her to go with him to the MTV Music Awards. But Nic didn't want to. She's kinda cool... there comes the 'King of Pop' asking... well, actually his Managers did... if she'd come with him to the Music Awards... and she just says 'nope'. She rockz :P
July 16, 2004:
Woops... Nic was in the David Letterman Show... and told something about her daughter Isabella. Isabella didn't like it and told her mom to NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! Nic isn't allowed to talk about her daughter now... hehe... Isabella is gonna be a diva...
07|12|2004 Baz Luhrmann's 'Alexander the Great'-Project got cancelled. Nicole Kidman, who was to play Alexander's Mom OLYMPIA, and Leonardo DiCaprio (Alexander himself) are very sad. So, everybody go watch Oliver Stone's 'Alexander the Great'-Film, there's Colin Farrell playing Alex and he looks way better than lillte Leo... yay! ALEXANDER!
07|03|2004 Hui, Nic went to the manicurist and she couldn't decide which colour for her nails she wanted... so the manicurist got angry and kicked her out of the studio... muahaha
06|30|2004 There's a rumour about Nic and Tom planning their holiday in Australia TOGETHER because their children miss them both together... Don't know if it's true, would be nice. Aaand... Nic was offered 90 Million Dollar to give her voice to a cartoon-character by the Disney concern. For a 7-part Filmproduction with the first part called 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe', which is supposed to come to theatres on Christmas. It isn't clear if she accepted the offer, but when she does, she'd be the highest-paid (?) woman in Hollywood.
06|14|2004 Howdy... this is about 'Birth'... it's a thriller and it's about a young widow who meets a 10-year-old boy who says he is the reincarnation of her late husband... and there's this scene where she sits in the tub, bare naked, and kisses this little boy. Now the guys, who are responsible fro the film, read the script and were very surprised and now it is not clear, if 'Birth' will be released... let's wait and see.
06|08|2004 Nic plays a swedish secretary in Mel Brooks' new movie 'The Producers'. For her role she has to be chubby with a biiig bust size... well, Nic is not chubby enough so her co-star Matthew Broderick recommended a foam-cover... i'm looking forward to that movie... ;)
05|20|2004 The BRW Magazine has listed the 200 richest Australians and Nic is #45 with $155.000.000! Wow. I wanna be that rich... :) Mary from Australia told me those news. THANX ;)
03|25|2004 Nicole contacted George Clooney and/or Steven Soderbergh, cuz they need a Leading Actress for their new project 'Other Powers'. It's about Victoria Woodhull, who was a Women's-rights-fighter (? Does this word exist? If not: I INVENTED IT!) at the end of 19th century. Clever Nicole asked if Naomi Watts could play the role of Victoria's sister Tennesse, too. Very very clever... :)
03|23|2004 Shooting of "Bewitched" will start this summer. Nic plays a witch who's married to an ordinary guy played by THE ELF Will Ferell... Aaaand Michael Caine + Shirley MacLaine will play Nic's Mom and Dad. That's gonna be a funny movie :)
03|18|2004 Ooow... I heard Nic's back together with that Lenny boy... AAAND there's a film planned with Nic and J.Lo!
03|09|2004 Read in the newspaper today that Nic is with Lenny again... hmm. Okay. Aaand she's got a new film project. It's the filmming of a book called 'Chronics of Narnia' (?). Nic will play the role of the evil witch. Hehe.
03|02|2004 I found those wonderful news on webindia123.com!
Film actress Nicole Kidman paid tribute to her mother, a former nurse and a cancer survivor, with a generous donation to a children's hospital in Sydney last week.
Kidman's 50,000 dollars donation will help train nurses who treat children with serious illnesses such as cancer and diabetes at the Randwick Hospital.
"Thanks to my mother's nursing background, I understand how important and valuable nurses are to every hospital and to every patient," said Nicole.
According to The Sunday Telegraph, a leading U.S. charity will honour the Oscar winner's work by furthering research into women's health.
Meanwhile, celebrity patrons of the Entertainment Industry Foundation Women's Cancer Research Fund including Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg, will attend a dinner at which 'The Hours' actress will receive the 2004 Courage Award.
01|27|2004 Aaaand I just read, that she'll maybe play in a new film called "The Producer". In Original it's a musical and Nic will just play a swedish secretary called Ulla. My aunt is called Ulla...
01|27|2004 NO, she didn't win the Golden Globe this year (Charlize Theron did... congratulations :P but Nic looked SOOO GORGEOUS... wow...) and NO, she isn't nominated for an Oscar this year. Hmmm... guess we gotta hope for her best friend Naomi Watts to win, cuz SHE IS NOMINATED! YAY! :)

12|20|2003 Looks like Lenny left Nic. Lenny was seen with another woman and the woman's mom said, they would marry and blah... and Lenny wouldn't be with Nic any longer... And Nic only said "No comment" when she was asked about Lenny... I hope it's a rumour.
12|20|2003 She's nominated for a Golden Globe for her glorious performance in "Cold Mountain"! The movie is nominated in several other GG-Categories, seems to be a great film! :P Unfortunately I haven't seen it yet... :(

Nicole Kidman's kid proud of her name
18nov03
NICOLE Kidman's 10-year-old daughter, Isabella, is so proud of her famous name she banned her mom from enrolling her in school under a pseudonym, reports IMDB.com.
Kidman wanted to give Isabella and eight-year-old Connor, her adopted children with ex-husband Tom Cruise, made-up names to protect their privacy at their New York school - but Isabella put her foot down.
And now Kidman says she can see why: "That was a complete eye-opener for me. For her to be enrolled somewhere and have people saying, 'What's your name?' and having to say something else - that's wrong."
Isn't that cute?!

TOM AND NICOLE TO REUNITE ON SCREEN?
Hollywood hunk TOM CRUISE is turning his talents to singing in a bid to land a lead role in musical GUYS AND DOLLS - which could see him sharing the screen with ex-wife NICOLE KIDMAN.
Cruise and his representatives are expressing a deep interest in the forthcoming MIRAMAX FILMS production - the follow-up to multi-OSCAR nominated hit CHICAGO.
An associate of the star's says, "It's something Tom would like to do, but whether it becomes a reality is another matter."
And it looks like Cruise is the firm favorite for the role of dice roller SKY MASTERSON - film bosses linked to the production are keen to sign the MINORITY REPORT star up.
One executive says, "He's the ultimate guy and Nicole's the ultimate doll."
Australian beauty Kidman has reportedly been lined up to take on the part of Salvation Army member SARAH BROWN.
But other top Hollywood actors have been kicking down the doors of Miramax's New York office - BILLY CRYSTAL, RICHARD GERE, VIN DIESEL and RUSSELL CROWE are desperate for a part in the film.
That wud be sooo cool!!!
04|25|2003 On May 14th the Film Festival in Cannes begins and goes til May 25th! Beside Nic there'ss also be Tom Cruise and Penelope Cruz. Nic will release "Dogville" in Cannes.
03|30|2003 Hey, check this out!!! I'll also put it to the ARTICLES...
Nicole could do it again next year
Nicole Kidman has one Oscar and this time next year she could have two.
The Australian actress has three quality films - Cold Mountain, The Human Stain and Dogville - coming out late this year and any one of the three could score her another invite to the Academy Awards.
And with an equally impressive slate of films scheduled to be released in 2004, Kidman realistically has a shot at winning three consecutive Oscars.
"I love what I do and that means you do drama, you do comedy, you look to be diverse as an actress," Kidman told reporters after claiming her first Oscar yesterday for The Hours.
Kidman woke up in Los Angeles yesterday the new queen of Hollywood.
A photo of the smiling actress, holding her Oscar, was on the front page of the Los Angeles Times.
The photo shared space on the LA broadsheet with two grim photos of the war in Iraq.
The workaholic Kidman has no plans to rest after her Oscar win. She spent yesterday with her family in Los Angeles and, according to her Beverly Hills publicist, Kidman will fly back to New York "first thing" today to continue shooting her latest project, Birth.
Kidman has signed on or is in negotiations to star in at least four other films, including playing the big screen version of suburban house wife and witch Samantha Stephens in Bewitched. However, Kidman indicated yesterday she would only do it "if they get the script right".
Kidman's best chance for a lead actress Oscar next year is for the US civil war epic, Cold Mountain, due for release in late 2003, perfect timing for an Oscar run.
"My next big film is Cold Mountain which, in terms of my focus and passion, that's where I'm at the moment, thinking about that," Kidman said.
It has all the Oscar ingredients: it's a big budget epic; a great cast with Oscar pedigree (Renee Zellweger and Jude Law); Oscar winning director Anthony Minghella (The English Patient); Australia's Oscar winning cinematographer John Seale (The English Patient); and the film is backed by Hollywood's king of Oscar campaigns, Miramax co-chairman Harvey Weinstein.
Weinstein poured tens of millions of dollars into marketing Chicago for this year's Oscars and will likely do the same for Cold Mountain.
The Human Stain, which teams Kidman with another Oscar winner, Anthony Hopkins, is also a Miramax film aimed at the Oscars.
Dogville, a bizarre film shot exclusively inside a studio with few props and an emphasis on light, sound, and music to create a dramatic atmosphere, is directed by Denmark's Lars von Trier.
Kidman laughed when she spoke about the movie at the post Oscar press conference.
"The next film I have coming out is Lars Von Trier's film so get ready," Kidman warned
03|27|2003 Nic said she wouldn't go to partys after the Oscars... but who the f*** wouldn't go to partys after he won an Oscar??? NO ONE!!! So Nic didn't either. She was on partys the whole night through, together with her parents. Yeah Nic!!! THAT'S THE RIGHT THING!!! =)
03|27|2003 The first to call Nic after she got the Oscar was Tom Cruise!!! I read Nic cried after he had called her, but I don't know if we can believe that... it was written in a gossip-newspaper *hehe*
03|25|2003 Found this cute article --> here!
03|25|2003 Here's the news article from "The Australian"! I really liked it, so here it is:
RUSSELL Crowe has celebrated Nicole Kidman's Oscar triumph by paying tribute to her strength, talent and dedication and comparing her to Hollywood legend Katharine Hepburn.
Kidman, 35, yesterday became the first Australian to win the best actress Oscar, winning an Academy Award for her performance as Virginia Woolf in The Hours.
Today, actor Crowe paid tribute to his friend and fellow Oscar winner.
"It was one of those years when you know every actress nominated will sooner or later be an Oscar winner," he said.
"Nicole's dedication, brilliance, resilience and generosity has been lauded, applauded and finally handsomely rewarded.
"I couldn't be happier for her, her family, her pets, everyone. It (the Oscar) won't be her last - she's the next (Katharine) Hepburn."
Hepburn, who last year celebrated her 95th birthday, still reigns as the only four-time Oscar recipient for acting.
Crowe, 38, who won the best actor Oscar in 2001 for his performance in Gladiator, was singled out by Kidman as she burst into tears during yesterday's acceptance speech.
"Russell Crowe said don't cry if you get up there and now I'm crying," she told guests at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.
Kidman said she was shocked when last year's best actor winner, Denzel Washington, announced her name.
"I just am very proud to have been nominated and to have actually won, and I'm very proud to represent my country," Kidman told Channel 9's Today Show in an interview recorded during post-Oscar celebrations.
"Really in terms of my performance, ... you also have to say particularly with film, it's so much about what the director does.
"Here is the man that won me the Academy Award."
Standing alongside Kidman during the brief interview was The Hours director Stephen Daldry, who described her as a "a genius" who did not need help to win the Oscar.
"It's very good. Very good for Nicole, very good for Australia," he said.
03|24|2003 Aaaah! She's got it! She got that golden boy! Yeah Baby Yeah!!! *happy* This is her speech (so sute!!!):
Nicole Kidman
THE HOURS
ACCEPTANCE SPEECH
Thank you so much. Yes. Now I have to think. David Hare, I need your words. I have such appreciation and gratitude for this. Russell Crowe said, "Don't cry if you get up there." And now I'm crying. Sorry. Stephen Daldry, you took a huge chance on me. I am so grateful. David Hare, you gave me magnificent words to say. Scott Rudin, you fought so hard for this film to get it made. Paramount and Miramax, you made it. And Kevin Huvane, Rick Nicita, Marc Epstein stood by me for so many years. And I am just absolutely thrilled to be standing up here tonight. I do have to say, it was "Why do you come to the Academy Awards when the world is in such turmoil?" Because art is important. And because you believe in what you do. And you want to honor that. And it is a tradition that needs to be upheld. At the same time you say there is a lot of problems in the world and since 9/11 there's been a lot of pain, in terms of families losing people, and now with the war, families losing people. And God bless them. And I am standing here in front of my mother and my daughter and my whole life I've wanted to make my mother proud. And now I want to make my daughter proud. So thank you.
She took her Mom, her Dad and her daughter Isabella along. It was all so cool!!!
03|19|2003 It's not sure that Nic will show at the Oscars in case of war :(
The Pre-show is already canceled, no red carpet this year. It's already roled up again.
03|19|2003 Like at a children-birthday-party all Oscar Nominated can take a "little" present. But this time no sweet, but e.g. two nights at a 'Fairmont Hotel' including wellness therapies ($ 1.500); XM Satellite radio with payed subscription; chocolate by 'Givere' ($ 350); bodylotions; custom shirts; hand-bags; a membership in a fitnessclub ($ 4.000); designer-sunglasses; iinvitations to the new 'Cirque Du Soleil'-show in Las Vegas, etc.
03|19|2003 Since Glenda Jackson won the Oscar for "A Touch Of Class" 30 years ago, no non-american woman got the Oscar! I hope Nic will be the first since 1973... at last she was born on Hawaii!!!
03|11|2003 A little part from the Movie News...
...Christopher Walken is in "The Stepford Wifes"! He plays the major of Stepford, who tries with all possibilities to hold the newbies Nicole Kidman and John Cusack away. Because strange things go on in the small town. The men changed their wifes to robots, who do everything they want...
03|11|2003 The Academy has two new rules:
1) If the winner takes out a paper and starts to read a list of names, he's out... he get's kicked off the stage! The orchestra starts to play again and the winner has to go...
2) If the winner takes out a paper and reads out more than 5 names, he also gets kicked off the stage...
Hard rules... =)
03|10|2003 Yesterday she was nominated for a SAG Award, but Renče Zellweger got it... :( But it's okay, because Nic looked GORGEOUS!!! =)
03|05|2003 This I read on that --> website !!! Listen now:
"I'd really like to play a boy, if I could. I haven't done that yet, and I have a fairly androgynous body, so it would work," Nicole Kidman says to the British press.
Fresh from donning a nose to play Virginia Woolf in "The Hours" and wearing a tonsured wig for her next film, "Birth," the girl who many hope will step up to accept the best actress Oscar on March 23, remains ready and willing to accept challenges.
Nicole says her wish to cross gender lines comes from her macho Australian dad, "who wanted boys but got a girl instead." When Nicole expressed this desire to her "Cold Mountain" director Anthony Minghella, he responded, "Such a girl." Nicole says she doesn't know whether this was meant as an insult or a compliment.
02|28|2003 Hey this are some interesting news (from teamnicole.com) about Nic and Brad Pitt (he's so hot!!!)
LOS ANGELES (The Hollywood Reporter) --- Nicole Kidman (news) and Brad Pitt (news) are in negotiations to star in Regency Enterprises' action-adventure feature "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" for director Doug Liman.
There is no start date.
The project is an original screenplay written by Simon Kinberg and is described as "The War of the Roses" meets "True Lies." It is about a bored married couple who discover they are enemy assassins hired to kill each other.
Oscar-winning screenwriter Akiva Goldsman is producing through his Weed Road Pictures alongside Summit Entertainment topper Patrick Wachsberger. Overseeing the project at Regency is executive vp Peter Cramer for production topper Sanford Panitch.
Kidman and Pitt are repped by CAA. Kidman, additionally repped by Handprint Entertainment, is in production on Fine Line Features' "Birth" and will follow with Paramount Pictures' "The Stepford Wives." Pitt, additionally repped by Brillstein-Grey Entertainment, will begin shooting Warner Bros. Pictures/Village Road Show Pictures' "Troy" in April.
02|24|2003 Aaaah! She's got the BAFTA Award thing!!! Great work! she devoted it to Meryl Streep and Julianne Moore, who both were nominated, but got nothing... Nic looked beautiful!!! See the pics at teamnicole.com !!!
02|22|2003 Hmmm... her new hair cut is no hair cut... it's a wig... :(
02|22|2003 Tomorrow (Sunday, february 23rd!!!) the BAFTAs are gonna be awarded. They're at 8pm on bbc1. We're gonna see if her nes hair style is real or just a wig... very very exciting :)
02|18|2003 *muahaha* This is what I Found in the Movie News:
Kiddy rapping with Diddy
That Nicole Kidman is not only able to act, but also can sing, we know since her soft Sinatra-Swing with Robbie Williams. Why the beautiful Australian picked P Diddy for her next Singing Act, it only know the stars.
He of all people would help Nic to her next hit-single. A highly dubiously plan: As sexy Swing-Lady she knows to please - but as HipHop-Bunny in baggypants? P Diddy feat. N Kiddy?
We hope Nicole will hold back discreet at the duett with Mr. Combs and not starts a new state of embarassment with a rap-interfacing.
However, Diddy is happy like a snowking to work with the Hollywood-Lady - at least she is an "exemplar of class and sex appeal".
He's right there - but he isn't thinking of looking little bit laughable beside the tall redblond...
Just imagine Nic in baggypants *hehe*
