It’s difficult to get much information about him, but I know when he was young he was a big fan of Rick Springfield. He even tried to wear his hair like Rick did. I would have loved to see his face when he found out he was to play Rick's kidbrother in a series…High Tide. Yannick says, what’s been most attractive about the series was to experience the relationship between brothers. He said he wanted to see what it is like to be the younger brother. During the shooting of High Tide Rick and Yannick grew very close. Today they are good friends and meet on a regular basis.
