It tells of the origin of this breed written by one of the founders, Robert Kaleski in 1935. Articles on the breed written in 1938, 1939 and 1948. How and when the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW was founded with various subjects from the RASKC's 1952 hand book covering classes, and the old and new standard of the breed.

Tells of Allan McNiven and the introduction of the Dingo blood into his Australian Cattle Dogs with photo's of the dogs he exported to the USA.

A smorgasbord of articles on forty six of the most prominent breeders and exhibitors of their time, many of whom were the first to export dogs outside Australia, and three New Zealand breeders who were amongst the first to import these early dogs.

A galaxy of photo's, everything from 1908 to 1970 plus Royal results from every state of Australia, some dating as far back as 1870.
