(8/10/04 - HOUSTON) — A
Houston man faces a criminal trespass charge for an incident at the Toyota
Center this past weekend and his defense may be that the rhythm got
him.
Police say 37-year-old Juan Garcia grabbed Gloria Estefan in the middle of her show Sunday night. Officers say Garcia actually hopped over some barricades and assaulted Estefan. The singer was not injured and did a good job of saving face.
