VH1: So tell me about going through the whole audition process - it started off in front of Gloria Estefan, right?
Tomey Sellars: She was a huge surprise, actually. We had the auditions and got the call backs and the exclusions and made top five and then they brought in the glamour people, glammed us up - we're sitting there waiting for our interview and I figured just vh1 was going to be interviewing us and in walks Gloria and of course I let out this huge scream - which I'm sure they caught and she was wonderful - took each one of us and what's funny is that I had a feeling she recognized me - I had met her once or twice before at a vocal coach - her name is Gina Marietta and she takes lessons from her also, or used to and it was a few years back and so I come in for my interview and she says, "gosh, you look so familiar" and I said "I met you at Gina" and she said "that's it!" so we actually felt like we had, I think, it's like a little bit of bond when you share the same friendship with somebody else and it almost feels like you know them. She was great, we had a good time, a lot of laughs and I'm looking forward to seeing the interview.
