Mary-Kate: We started when we were 9 months old and we've been working ever since.

Mary-Kate: Hi Laura. We like alternative rock like Dave Matthews, Counting Crows [and] Pearl Jam. They are some of our favourites.
Question from Kevin - What are your plans for the future?
Mary-Kate: Hi Kevin. We're going to go to college and hopefully we'll still be able to come back and carry on what we're doing now.
Ashley: There's a feature that's coming up that we'll be doing in a year or so. Keep your eyes peeled.
Question from Maaike - When you have some free time, do you like to spend it together or do you prefer to do something by yourself?
Hi! When we have free time we hang out with our friends and each other [and] go to the movies. We have the same friends so we all hang out together.
Question from Dean - Do you have brothers and sisters?
Ashley: Yes, there's six of us. An older brother, a younger sister who's 12 and a half brother and sister aged 3 and 4 - a big family.
Question from Ann - I was wondering if you girls get to pick out your outfits for your movies and TV shows. Can you change scripts at all if you don't like them?
Mary-Kate: We have a stylist for all our videos so they go shopping and pick out a whole bunch of clothes and then we choose the best. We also have a say in the cast and who we want to work with.
Question from Chad - Is So Little Time coming back for another season?
Ashley: We don't know yet but we'll find out soon.
Question from Jojo - Who do you think is the best - Christina or Britney?
Ashley: Hi Jo-Jo. We like Britney. We've met her a couple of times and she was really nice to us. We met her in London when we were shooting our movie and when she was opening for *Nsync.
Question from Jay-Jay - To stay in touch do you email, text message or call your friends?
Mary-Kate: Hi Jay-Jay. We like to do a lot of everything, we use the phone a lot. We like using the internet.
Question from Ann - Have you ever starred in anything separately?
Ashley: We haven't but when we're older we may try it.
Question from Rachel - What’s been the best part of your career or has it all been good?
Hi Rachel. It's all been pretty good. Just being able to travel and meet lots of people. When we get sick of what we're doing we'll stop but we haven't come across that yet.
Question from Carly - I heard you guys are making a movie. What's it about?
Mary-Kate: Hi Carly. We just did a movie in the Bahamas and that's just finished. "Switching Goals" has just come out on video in the UK which is a very fun film. We shot it in Toronto. We got to play soccer a lot, we got to practice before the show. We used to play with our school.
Question from Laura - Do you guys get nervous when you are making a movie?
Hi Laura. No, but we get nervous when we do live stuff. Not like this though.
Question from James - How many different programs & films have you starred or featured in?
Ashley: We've done one feature, three TV series, 26 videos, eight movies. We also have books, a fashion line, our dolls and the animated series too!
Question from - Megan What is the hardest part of doing a TV show?
Ashley: Hi Megan. Probably we don't get to see our friends a lot because we're working.
Mary-Kate: We're inside a studio every day so we don't get much fresh air.
Question from Dave - Do lots of people come up to u in the street?
It depends where we are. If we're shopping by ourselves not many people will approach us but if there's some place with a lot of kids, people will come up and ask us for our autographs and stuff.
Question from Boris - What do you think about British guys?
Hi. They're very cute! Yes, like Prince William or Prince Harry.
Question from Travis - What sports do you like?
Mary-Kate: Ashley likes to play golf but I like to watch football. I horseback ride as well.
Question from Emma - Hi, you're my idols but who are yours?
Thank you. Our idols are probably Julia Roberts and Drew Barrymore because of the things they have accomplished.

Question from Jody - In "Two of a Kind" you guys had really different personalities, are you guys like that in real life?
Ashley: Hi Jody. Our personalities are similar but we exaggerate them a lot. Mary-Kate is the bossiest.
Mary-Kate: That's not true!

Probably getting to travel and meeting people.
Question from Gary - Would you ever try and write and direct a film together?
For sure yeah, we'd love to do that after college. Maybe one we'll be in and one we'll direct!

Question from Lili - What other stars have you guys met?
Hi. Britney, *Nsync, there's been a few that we can't remember because we met them a long time ago when we were younger. We don't really keep track but we obviously meet people when we go to premieres and things. We're not into celebrity parties.
Question from Aglaia - What is the best thing about being a celeb?
For us it's probably being able to give kids a chance to look at us and have us as role models.
Question from Erin - Where is your fave destination in the whole world?
When we went to Australia we had a great time and we love Rome, it was a lot of fun when we were there.
Question from Mia - What's your favourite subject in school?
Ashley: Probably Maths.
Mary-Kate: English because I like to write.
Question from Danny - What do you think was the best and worst bit about filming in London?
Mary-Kate: Hi Danny. The best part is that we love London and we had a great group of people with us. The bad part was that it was really foggy!
Question from James - Was it fun filming "Our Lips are Sealed"?
Mary-Kate: It was so much fun because we've always wanted to go to Australia and it was so beautiful.
Question from Mike - Have you ever thought about getting into the music business?
Hi Mike. We've thought about it, but not now. I'd quite like to get up on stage and perform.
Question from Venus - What is your next movie going to be about and are you guys a big hit at your school?
Hi Venus. We've just finished a movie. It's about two girls who go on a family vacation even though they don't want to go. We may be doing a feature but no script for us yet. We don't really have a popularity thing at school really so we all hang out together.
Question from Kristin - What do you think has been your biggest accomplishment so far?
I think everything altogether has been an accomplishment, we've worked very hard.
